While the Basic Training is focused on the relationship between yourself and your environment, in the Choice Training, you have the opportunity to go further with your personal development, through exploring the relationship between you and yourself.

Choice is an intense and fascinating experience for people who want to develop them self’s to create a new level of success and fulfillment. In the Choice Training you engage 100%—intellectually, emotionally, physically and intuitively. At times, you may experience thoughts, feelings or sensations in a way that you have not experienced before. Most participants find this a unique and highly challenging experience.

Project GroupWise is developed and designed in order to meet the nowadays needs of people who are working with and within groups. It is a Project which will create a workspace, where learning will not be standardized, but will be customized to the interest, the talents and the diversity of each individual. This workspace will provide a learning environment where you can discover what you know anyhow or find out ways to get your missing information. In this context, a wide variety of techniques will be available, transformed in a way that they can be learned, practiced and used, until you experience them as embodied knowledge.

Our aim is not to deliver to you more information and knowledge, but to provide you with the know-how of dealing with this continual development, through becoming a self-generating, self-correcting and self-sustaining learner.

During the Project you will have plenty of chances to practice your ability to design and develop a program, which will be an appropriate learning environment for the needs of a group. This practice will be done through the following elements:

• Using context as a tool.
• Creating different contexts for groups, in order to provoke learning.
• Using question techniques, which will create clarity upon the learning need, so that you can make an activity.
• Having different target groups, for which you will formulate activities.
• Giving and receiving feedbacks on the activities, followed by chances for immediate corrections, based on results.
• Creating briefings and debriefings for the activities.

7-day coaching session where you are coached meanwhile you coach others. You will practice techniques and have the possibility to find your own style. 
There is no age limit, 2 years relevant experience is needed.
